Abstract近十幾年來,國內高等教育學生人口數的增加,尤其是與日遽增的成人學生出現在大學校園中,對高等教育之教師們帶來了新挑戰。不同於傳統大學生的單一學生角色,扮演多重角色的成人學生將其生活世界裡的其他經驗帶入大學校園中,影響了教室裡的師生互動與教育過程。這樣的現象可以為大學教師的成人教學發展提供怎樣的思考?本研究採用質性研究法,訪談十六位曾教授成人學生的大學教師,透過大學教師對於成人學生特質的理解,與其在回應成人學生需求上所採取的教學實作,整理出大學教師的成人教學經驗,並進一步探究其成人教學知識的發展。
